Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation and physical exam. Usually 1 hour.

Follow up visits are 15-30 minutes.

$200 initial exam

Dr. Claire Fitzpatrick’s office is located at 280 Madison Ave. in New York City.

From Metro North, 4,5,6,7 and Grand Central S: Take trains to 42^nd Street Grand Central and walk South two blocks on Madison Ave. to 40^th Street. Number 280 is the West side of Madison Ave.

From B,D,F and M Trains: Take the train to 42^nd Street and walk East two blocks to Madison Ave.. Make a right. Number 280 is on the West side of Madison Ave.

Parking
